Neal AHC /CDC, FDHI Vice President
A 23 year veteran of NGP with 15 years of distribution training/background. Industry involvement includes Former president of DHI and Door Security and Safety Foundation, and former member of the DHI board of Certification. Neal also holds a Bachelors in Business Administration for the University of Memphis. Locally, he served as President of the Mid-South Chapter of DHI. In the office Neal is helpful with product application, code and other customer and sales matters.

Jeff Morrow Chief Operations Officer
A 26 year veteran of NGP, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Memphis. In the office Jeff oversees the production facility and business operations. In Jeff’s free time he enjoys Tennis, Bird Hunting, Travel Gardening and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Cynthia Keough Chief Financial Officer
Cynthia joined NGP in 1999. She received a Bachelors in Business Administration majoring in Accounting from the University of Memphis. She is also a licensed CPA through the state of Tennessee. At NGP Cynthia is responsible for the overall operations of the accounting department and all financial operations. When she is away from the office you can find her spending time with her husband and two boys on the lake , at church or sporting events.

Sylvia Miller Customer Service Manager
After a 13 year career as a Professional Lady Wrestler (honestly), Sylvia, a 25 year veteran of NGP, started her career on the production floor. After eight years in production Sylvia moved to the Customer Service Department and eventually moved into the role of Customer Service Manager. During her time with NGP she has attended the DHI Technical Program were she was awarded the Richard A. Graf award, and in 2000 was inducted into the Nashville Wrestling Hall of Fame.

Lila Donaldson Order Entry Supervisor
Started her 21 year career at NGP on the production floor. After 4 years working in production, Lila was moved into the office to work in the order entry department and eventually moved into the role of supervisor. In the office ,Lila is responsible for creating smooth work procedures that allow for orders to be entered accurately and quickly. When she is not entering orders, you can find her spending time with her two daughters, Jasmine and Jaliyah, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Patricia Bobo Quote Queen
Has been with NGP for the past 11 years as a customer service representative . Within the office you can find her pumping quotes out and assisting our customers with a variety of needs. When all the quote requests are finished for the day, Patricia enjoys playing basketball and traveling in her free time.

Judy Barnes Joined NGP ‘s Customer Service Team 8 years ago after a 10 year career in distribution. In the office you can find her chasing down RUSH orders and helping NGP’s customer get the products they need in time. She is also NGP’s on staff meteorologist! When she is away from the office she enjoys her Zumba classes, spending time with her family and participating in local 5K events.

Linda Lucas Started her career with NGP 14 years ago on the production floor, and 4 years ago joined the customer service team. Today you can find her on the phone assisting customers, quoting projects and taking phone-in orders. Once Linda steps away from the office, you can probably find her cooking her favorite food (steak and shrimp), reading novels or line dancing.

Becky Lairmore Has been the first voice you hear when you call into NGP for the past 3 years, and works very closely with the customer service team to make sure your calls are answered quickly and accurately. She can also be found on the weekends shopping, reading, gardening and spending time with her two grandchildren.

Ethel Owen A member of the NGP team for the past 17 years, Ethel is NGP’s most tenured Customer Service team member. In the office you will find her helping customers when they call in and stocking the lunch room with fresh vegetables from her farm.

Foster Smith Sales Manager
Foster came to his current position of regional sales manager after three years working for Phillips-Langley in Atlanta. He is currently responsible for managing seven independent sales agencies, ranging in territory from Utah to Alabama, with a few in between. Foster received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, home of the perpetually optimistic Commodore football fans. He also completed graduate work at the University of Georgia while working in Atlanta. He earned an MBA, but for the record never switched SEC allegiances. Foster is married with a one-year-old daughter. So free time is at a premium these days, but he is always looking for a golf game when given an opportunity.

Gil Pesavento Sales Manager
Gil has worked with NGP for 4 years, and has over 40 years of industry experience. He came to NGP following a 17 year career at ASI as Vice-President of Sales. Prior to that, Gil spent 14 years at Rixson, ending his career there as National Sales Manager. He also served as Sales Manager for American Device Products for five years. Gil resides in the Roanoke, VA area and has responsibility for sales and marketing duties in the Eastern United States. Daniel White Sales and Marketing
Daniel is the newest member of the NGP team, bringing with him five years' experience within the door, frame and hardware industry, including both distribution and as a manufacturer's sales rep. He is active in DHI, and is the current President of the Mid-South chapter. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, he holds a B.S. in Marketing from Lindenwood University. In Dan’s free time he enjoys watching Cardinals Baseball, UFC, practicing his golf swing and spending time with his wife and children.

Roger Skold AHC Technical Director
A 13 year veteran of NGP, Roger is involved in product development, testing and certification. Roger is a member of the ANSI/BHMA committee, and is a former DHI Instructor for the AHC Exam Preparation Course. Roger has also held the position of President in both the Great Lakes and Mid South Chapters of DHI. When Roger is not developing or testing products, he volunteers as a mentor at Youth Villages Group Home for troubled youth.

Danny Tompkins Started with NGP 9 years ago in customer service after a career in the relief valve industry. Danny now works in the technical support department where he is involved in custom fabrication projects and AutoCAD detailing. When Danny is not helping our customers troubleshoot in the field, he is coaching his son on the Baseball field.

Maurice Williams After serving in the United States Navy for 9 years, Maurice earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southwest Community College. Maurice has been a member of NGP’s technical support team for 3 years and is involved in custom fabrication projects and AutoCAD detailing. Maurice is also a huge football fan, Go Raiders!

Charlie Atkins Logistics Manager
Charlie started his career with NGP 21 years ago on the shipping docks at our North Parkway facility as shipping manager. With him he brought 14 years of shipping experience from Sears. Ever since joining the team, Charlie’s role with NGP has been a critical part of getting packages out quickly and cost effectively for our customers. When Charlie is away from the office, he is far away…He has traveled to 24 foreign countries and 33 of the 50 states here in the USA. Not to mention donating 26+ gallons of blood to LifeBlood.
